Celebrating 13 years of trusted ISAAP accreditation

We’re now in our 13th consecutive year of ISAAP accreditation.

We were also the first company in the sector to achieve 10 consecutive years - an early milestone that reflects the consistency we’ve maintained over time.

The recognised industry standard

ISAAP (The International Serviced Apartment Accreditation Process) is one of the most established and respected accreditation bodies within the serviced apartment sector.

Its framework is used globally to assess quality, safety, and operational standards - providing an independent benchmark that both operators and corporate clients can rely on.

Maintaining ISAAP accreditation requires regular, detailed assessment across every aspect of the business. It’s not awarded once and retained - it has to be demonstrated, year after year.


A long-standing partnership

Our relationship with ISAAP spans over a decade.

That longevity matters.

It reflects not just our ability to meet their standards, but to maintain them consistently as both the industry and expectations have evolved. Over that time, ISAAP has continued to refine its criteria, raising the bar across safety, compliance, and guest experience.

As part of that ongoing commitment, we’re also preparing to begin our journey towards B Corp accreditation—building on the same principles of accountability, consistency, and long-term responsibility.
